Accenture laid off 11000 employees across the world.

Accenture laid off over 11000 employees worldwide. Accenture is a very large company and has offices worldwide. In those 3 months, Accenture fired their 11000 employees and just says their business is low, and they no longer need an extra workforce because of AI.

Also, one more reason the company says now Adaption of AI for programming is one more reason.  AI played a strong role because these laid-off  people do not upgrade themselves and technology is continuously changing. 

AI does maximum work 

The CEO of Accenture says people do not upgrade their skills they can't match what we can expect from them. The company needs new skills and new energy. They can't match client demand.
As of now, outdated employees whose skills are outdated are just laid off.  Due to this layoff, Accenture reported 7% increased revenue. In the year 2025, Accenture generated $17 billion in revenue.

Accenture does not lay off their employees. Also, they train and introduce their employees to AI and the tools who adopt these are safe as of now.
